Driving Directions

FROM I-75 and Hwy 27

1. Take Exit 254 (Hwy 27) off of I-75.
2. Take Hwy 27 north towards Williston.
3. At Hwy 225-A (80th Ave).  Turn left. Horse and Hounds restaurant will be on the left.
4. At 21st Street. Turn left.
5. The clinic is on the left approximately 1mile from the turn.

FROM I-75 and SR 40

1. Take exit (SR 40) off of I-75.
2. Head west on SR 40 until you reach 60th (Airport Rd).
3. Turn RIGHT (North)
4. Turn LEFT at 21st Street light.
5. The clinic is 1.5 miles down on the right.
